Refund Policy

Definition of Fees

Commitment Fee : Locks in your player to a roster spot at Canes LakePoint . This fee is non-refundable as we commit the spot to you and freeze efforts to continue to fill that position/roster spot.

Season Dues: These dues cover all program activities including practices, tournaments, coaches, facilities, and winter workouts.

Uniform Dues: Each team orders uniforms individually and are NOT included in the Season Dues. Once the uniform order is placed these dues are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Canes LakePoint shall not be obligated to approve any request for a player registration fee reimbursement based upon any other reimbursement decisions made for the benefit of the same or different players. Canes LakePoint shall have sole and final authority to make all decisions regarding the approval or denial of any player fee reimbursement request. Canes LakePoint maintains authority and discretion to make decisions on circumstances not expressly covered in or by this policy.

Refunds will only be issued if a player suffers a season-ending injury.

The refund will be prorated based on the length of the season remaining

Players shall not be eligible for refund of any amount of the Deposit or Uniform fee.

This Reimbursement Policy will not extend to players resulting from:

To submit a request for annual dues reimbursement

The player’s parent should email info@caneslakepoint.com to notify Canes LakePoint staff of the injury, and what date the injury occurred.

In order to complete the refund, the injured player must be evaluated by a licensed physician. The licensed physician must determine if the player’s injury will prevent the player from participating in the remainder of the on-going season or prevent participation in the up-coming season. The licensed physician’s determination of a season-ending injury shall be attached to the email.
